New's comment

The title of my news is "The metals in your daily glass of wine that have been linked to cancer and Parkinson's" I find this interesting because this article says that one coup of wine daily can produce cancer and parakinson, because of the metals that this has, and many people like my mother and my father drink a coup of wine daily during the dinner. so I worried

Summary
This news says the one coup of wine daily can produce cancer and parkinson because of the metal that this has like copper, zink and nickel, but the highest levels of contamination were found in wines from Hungary and Slovakia. French. Also there is a tool called a target hazard quotient (THQ) and gives an indication of risk based on the known safe upper dose for each metal and the likely long-term exposure of someone drinking one glass of wine a day.

Interview

Many years ago in 1914 a very special woman was born. This woman is my grandmother.

My grandmother, Luz Ester Caro Caro, was the daughter of a Italian couple, Sinforosa Caro Marini and Gussepe Caro Divarini. She was born in Chillán Viejo on September 2, 1914.

Ester Caro is a very adventorous and independent woman. When she was very young, left her home to study. Then she met her partner, my grandfather.

They married and had 4 daughters, the youngest was my mother. This interview is about her and her life.

Tell me grandmother how was your childhood like?

My childhood, thank god was very calm and comfort. Since my parents arrived to Chile from Italy were very blessed. they owned several hectares in Chillán Viejo.

I didn't have muchcontact with them, because I was with my baby sitter all the time. She was in charge of my brother and me.

How was your youth?

My youth was very special. I went to study to Tome, when the President was Carlos Ibáñes del Campo. Those were complicated times, they were riots in the streets, those time have been called the revolution of Ibáñes del Campo and when the riots started I had to hide inside of my house.

When I finished my studies I came back to Chillán.

How did you meet your husband?

It was something very interesting because when I came back to Chillán I met your Grandfather on the train. He began talking me and he said that he fell in love at first sight. But I didn't like him. Since then he began courting me. One day previous to earthquake of 39, Your Grandfather invited me to the Ñuble cinema, but I didn't want to go.

That night the earthquake happened, so as i was not in the cinema I saved me and I saved your Grandfather. All the people that were in the cinema died. After that I thought that it was a kind of signal and I married your Grandfather.

I knew that you lost your first son, how was that?

It was a very painful time, but I had to recover, because I had a marriage to keep. Thank God, later I had 4 daughters that made me very happy and proud.

With 94 years, do you feel satisfied?

Of course, I had 4 daughters, 9 grandchildren and 5 grat-grandchildren and all of them are close to me, how will I not feel a complete woman.
